Boar Bristle Brush. Eat right. Leave in Conditioner.

Boar Bristle Brush - 100% wild boar hair brush will draw natural oils from your roots to the ends of your hair, promoting natural gloss and shine.

Eat right - What goes in must come out! Your hair's health and shine will reflect your diet. Stay away from high sugary or high-glycemic foods and try to incorporate more Omega-3 Fatty acids into your diet. Eggs, salmon and chia seeds will make your hair shine beautifully.

Leave-In Conditioner - Use a weightless leave in conditioner after your shower to soften hair immediately as well as help to nurture your strands and make them healthier over time.

Rosemary Oil - Rosemary improves circulation in the scalp and promotes hair growth. Using a few drops in your Leave-In conditioner will leave the hair feeling shiny and soft. Add some to your shampoo for an extra boost to the follicle or to relieve itchy dry scalp.

COLOR TREATMENT

Wash Less. Rinse Cool. Blow Dry on Low heat.

Wash Less - Try to keep shampooing to no more than 3x per week. *Most permanent colors will start to shift after 6-8 washes.

Rinse Cool - When putting your hair under the water......the cooler the better! It will help keep that cuticle sealed up, holding your color in longer.

Blow Dry on Low heat - I know hot and heavy gets the job done faster, but the lower the heat and the speed the better for your color! Keep it Low to prevent from excessive roughness on the cuticle and it will hold tighter to your shade.

Lemon Oil -  Try adding a 1-2 drops of Lemon oil to about a tbsp of shampoo, mixing in your palm and lathering as usual.

Lemon Oil will control oil buildup and maintain a helathy scalp.

STYLE YOUR HAIR DAILY

Be Gentle. Protect. Practice makes perfect.

Be Gentle - Do your best not to rip through our hair harshly with that old brush with broken bristles. Try using a wide tooth comb on wet hair and a soft cushioned paddle brush on dry. Working from the ends of the hair up to avoid making larger snarls. A more gentle approach with make for a healthier looking finished product.

Protect - Everyday exposure to pollution, hair styling products and heat tools can decrease your hairs health. It's a good idea to protect it! Look for a heat protectant that will shield up to 450 degrees as well as provide some spf level. Aerosols work well for dry hair. Mists are better on damp hair.

Practice makes Perfect - You have 20min to be at your friends dinner party. This is not the time to try a new styling technique for the first time! Have a hair routine for your daily life that you know you can nail, be comfortable looking in the mirror and complete in an efficient time frame. For those need to have more than everyday hair events, take the time to practice! Look up tips and tricks or call me! Attempt the style at least twice before your event to save yourself the frustration and panic the day of when that one piece just won't curl right!

Jasmine Oil - Mix 15-20 drops of Jasmine oil with 4oz of distilled water into a small spray bottle, shake well, mist on damp hair. Jasmine oil is light and strengthens and stops hair breakage.
